After hearing all the TikTok recruiting rumors, I finally thought it was time to dig deep into it. I am not a TikTok user, so for the purposes of this blog I thought I should download the app! As soon as I logged in, I longed for a video. It took me a while to get directions as random videos flashed across my screen, but after a while I was able to quickly navigate the app. While scrolling through trending hashtags and videos, I unexpectedly found myself laughing out loud! Whether it’s men making fancy jumps from pizza roll shelves waiting at home, or women recording videos of coworkers irritating you during Zoom® meetings, I had fun (and fast) with ease.
Then I decided to seriously look for “career advice”. Because that was the latest trending hashtag on buy tiktok comments paypal. I thought there would be more serious videos, but they were actually videos that made me laugh even more! I didn’t expect career advice to be educational and fun at the same time! Could TikTok really be a great place for recruiters?

(2) Although younger, Millennials and Gen Z are most prominently losing Labor Demographics as Baby Boomers retire. Millennials are already the largest occupational group in the U.S. workforce, accounting for a third of the workforce.(3)
