How to Log Into the Data Submission System for the Quality Payment Program.

Clinicians must sign up in the HCQIS Authorization Roles and Profile (HARP) system in order to log in and submit data. Clinicians who require assistance with HARP enrollment may consult the QPP Access User Guide.

Note: The QPP Participation Status Lookup Tool can be used by clinicians who are unsure of their eligibility to participate in the Quality Payment Program to determine their current eligibility status. Before submitting data, clinics and organisations that are qualified for opt-in must make an election. (Those who don’t want to take part in MIPS don’t need to vote.)

Support for Small, Underserved, and Rural Practices.

Clinicians in small practises (especially those in rural areas), areas with a shortage of healthcare professionals, and regions with poor access to medical care may request technical assistance from groups that can offer free support. Visit our Small, Underserved, and Rural Practices page on the Quality Payment Program website to find out more about this assistance or to get in touch with your neighbourhood technical assistance provider.

Additional Information.

Please read the 2022 Data Submission FAQs and other resources in the QPP Resource Library for further information on how to submit data.
