What’s Behind the Legendary Longhorn Steakhouse Wings?

Longhorn Steakhouse Wings was developed by George McKerrow, Jr. and his best friend Brian in 1981. McKerrow worked at Victoria Station after managing the iconic 1970s and 1980s American restaurant business Quinn’s Mill Restaurant. Diners ate in what were once train cars at this eatery.

Wings At A Longhorn Steakhouse

Time to prepare: 20 minutes 2 people

  • 2 tsp LongHorn Steakhouse Seasoning
  • 1 of p flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Oil
  • 2 tsp LongHorn Steakhouse Seasoning
  • Spicy sauce (optional)

Directions:

  • In a large basin, whisk together the flour, salt, and pepper. Put them in a bowl and stir them together.
  • Disassemble the wings by separating the joints.
  • Sprinkle the seasoned flour over the chicken wings and shake off any excess. The wings will benefit from 1 teaspoon of the Longhorn Steakhouse Wings Steakhouse seasoning. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In hot oil, cook the wings for about 5 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
  • Place the wings on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
  • When the wings are done cooking, serve them with a side of your favourite hot sauce.
