The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a stimulating and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
The client presents a goal to be achieved and the sessions take place to monitor and support the achievement of that result. Through questioning, we work from the present to the future. Most of the time clients come for confidence coaching that is provided by the confidence coach accordingly.
The work carried out in the sessions helps to develop more confidence in oneself, and greater clarity in the objectives and in the path to be taken to achieve them.
It also helps to reduce internal and personal blockages. The sessions take place within a framework of respect and confidentiality, in an atmosphere of trust and openness.
It is a safe space to talk, think and feel, without judgment and without limitations.
The work carried out helps us to think differently, to see things differently and, above all, to better understand others and learn more about ourselves.
Above all, it helps to develop the potential that we have in us, to release hidden treasures.
What is coaching not?
- It is not a miracle solution that falls from the sky and solves all problems: the whole journey requires commitment and personal work.
- It is not advice: each person is an expert in their own life, the path will be discovered as a team, side by side.
- It’s not psychoanalysis: we’re not going to dwell on childhood traumas or past blockages, we’re going to find a way to identify, work around and overcome them.
Who is coaching for?
- It is aimed at all people who want to reach their goals faster, who want to feel better in their lives, or who want to change their lives.
- The cases to be dealt with can be from the scope of professional or personal life. Some examples are a change of job, looking for a new occupation after becoming unemployed, support in choosing a school or training path, etc.
- It’s not psychoanalysis: we’re not going to dwell on childhood traumas or past blockages, we’re going to find a way to identify, work around and overcome them.
