If you’ve never been to a spa before, you might be wondering what to wear and what to expect. Spas are relaxing places where you can unwind and have time just for yourself, so it’s important that you feel as comfortable as possible while you’re there. We’ve put together this helpful list of tips to help you figure out what to wear and how to get ready when you go to the spa. You may want to take this guide with you if your first time visiting a spa is coming up soon!

Dress Comfortably

What to wear to a spa is always an important question. The best piece of advice we can offer is that you should dress comfortably. You’ll want your clothes to be easy enough for you to move around in, but still fashionable enough that they don’t feel out of place. Here are some suggested attire ideas for women.  Loose T-shirt or top. Yoga pants or leggings. Comfortable sandals. Lightweight cotton sweater if it’s chilly in the spa

Do Your Research

If you’re headed off to your first spa experience, then there are a few things you should know. First of all, it’s important that you pick the right clothes. You’ll want something comfortable but also stylish so that you can feel both relaxed and confident. How about checking out the champagne ghost spa? They offer everything from massages to facials, hair treatments, manicures, pedicures and more. They’ve got everything covered for the perfect day at the spa!

Choose Your Accessories Wisely

It’s important to think about what you’ll be doing at the spa when you dress, because some people may want to relax in their bathrobe, while others might like to do yoga or work out. If you plan on wearing your own clothes, then all you need are some comfy clothes that are appropriate for the activity. It’s important not to wear anything that will get wet in the water or give off an odor if they get wet. For those who plan on wearing one of our robes (Champagne Ghost Spa has many styles!), then it’s best not to wear any jewelry that could snag on the fabric or any clothes with buttons.

Pack Light

Planning for your trip should start with what you’re going to wear. It’s always best to dress in comfortable clothes that you can easily slip on or off, but also make sure the clothes are appropriate for the spa. For example, if the spa is just for women, then it’s not appropriate for men to wear robes or bathing suits. You may have heard of Champagne Ghost Spa in Richmond Hill–if so, you’ll love this place!

This place offers so many services from facials, hot stone massage treatments and even manicures. Champagne Ghost Spa has been voted Best Day Spa by readers of Her View Magazine two years running!

Get Some Rest Before the Trip

It’s finally that time of the year where you can take some time for yourself. Whether it be a week-long vacation or just an overnight getaway, you deserve it! But before you go, make sure you plan ahead. What will your luggage look like? What are the clothes that are going to fit in your suitcase? What if you feel cold on the airplane? These are all important questions to ask before leaving on your trip. We’re here with one more question: what will you wear at the spa or resort? You want to make sure that your clothes will be comfortable yet stylish so we’ve put together this guide for what outfits work well for different occasions.

Skip The Gym Beforehand

Most spas offer complimentary robes, towels, slippers, hot tea, fruit and water as part of the service. But it’s always helpful to bring your own toiletries too. I like using a face wash when I get home so this is what I usually pack in my overnight bag – it’s perfect for after the spa! The best thing about trying out different types of facials is that you can find the one that suits your needs best. For example, if you have sensitive skin then you may want to avoid peels or masks that are going to exfoliate your skin too much. Or if you have oily skin then try an enzyme mask with apple cider vinegar which is great for removing excess oil from the pores.
