As of March 21, 2017, there are no US Embassy or consulate in Turkey that offers visas for US citizens in Turkey.
The new visa application process for the US citizens will require them to submit their visa applications online on the Department of State website. The application fee is $160 for a multiple-entry visa, and $140 for a single-entry visa.
The US citizens must also provide their passport information such as the country of issuance, the number of pages, and the expiration date. They must also upload a scanned copy of their passport photo page and complete an electronic Form DS-160.
They must also provide information about their travel plans including when they plan to arrive in Turkey and where they will be staying, as well as any onward travel plans.
