Essentials Hoodie Shope UK

“The more you sweat in practice, the less you bleed in battle.” -Author Unknown

News to me was that humans produce two different kinds of sweat, from two different types of glands. That titillating fact should prepare you for the following: I hate both of those sweats! The only sweats I’ll ever truly love are the ones I wear most days around the house. A fashion statement they’re not, but they are essential to my wardrobe. Sweats are the perfect clothing — comfy and cozy, they don’t itch, they never go out of style, plus they cover my pasty-white legs and butt-anxiety admirably. I like my sweats on the large side, so drawstrings are totally required for modesty and security. In the past, I have had issues with those drawstrings and their tendency to mix it up with the agitator in my washing machine, but those have been the only bad moments in an otherwise perfect relationship. Not that my sweatpants lose a drawstring every time they do battle with the washer, but when they do, returning those cords to their rightful place is so very tedious that I have been known to retire an otherwise perfectly good pair and buy new ones. Shamefully unthrifty of me, I admit.

Essentials Hoodie is the official store with Fear of GOD Essentials 7th collection. Get Amazing Essentials Clothing with a Big Discount.

Great news, though! I have discovered a simple gizmo that solves the drawstring dilemma forever! Through the help of EZ Stringer, I can re-string drawstrings in a few seconds. This little gem is lightweight and flexible, and so uncomplicated that the former chore has downgraded into child’s play. EZ Stringer is another of those why-didn’t-I-think- of-it? inventions that tempt you to bang your head, but you won’t because you’re so happy to find something so easy that works. All it takes to restring any stringless garment is feeding the cord into the EZ Stringer, guiding it into the opening and slipping it right through. Of course, you COULD use pliers to untwist and bend a coat hanger or prick your finger straightening a safety pin to thread a cord through your waistband, but why would you? EZ Stringer takes all the sweat and blood out of the job and it’s no longer a battle (see above quote).

Notice: Sweats have actually hit the runways this year, and some of them will set you back a bit more than $6 (Walmart). Fashionistas are telling us that if sweats are necessary to our wardrobes (as say, mashed potatoes to our diets) and we want to incorporate them into our on-the-town attire, we should consider shopping for snazzy new tennis shoes to dress them up (something with techfily a vintage feel), matching our tops and bottoms (in basic black or gray), and accessorizing with understated jewelry (but not to overdo it). What they don’t tell you — but I will – don’t even think about leaving the house in sweatpants that have lost their drawstrings — unless, of course, you live in a crack neighborhood.
