1. To make aloe vera gel, first break its thorny leaves from the stem of the Aloe plant, after that keep them standing for about an hour in such a way that a yellow present in the stem of these leaves. The colored liquid substance, which is also called Aloe Latex, is easily removed from these leaves.

2. After washing the leaves thoroughly with clean water and after cleaning, cut the thorny part of both the sides of these leaves and separate them, after that remove the aloe vera pulp present in the middle of these leaves in a clean vessel and put a little in it. Add a little amount of lemon juice and few drops of rose water and mix it well with the help of Blender or Mixer Grinder.

3. And take Fresh Homemade aloe vera gel is ready. You can also store it for a few days, then put this gel in a glass air tight container and keep it in the fridge.

In Arthritis

Aloe Vera gel is also very useful for knee pain or arthritis, by heating its leaf lightly, take out the anus from the middle, then apply this mildly warm aloe pulp. Tie it on the painful area with the help of cotton or clean cloth.
